In January 2013, we launched a secure payment service called Parent Pay. This innovation allows parents to pay for school meals and other items such as trips and uniform. without having to send in cash with their child. We believe this cashless system has major advantages; it improves children's security by relieving them of the need to carry cash and stops parents having to find change for school meals every day. ParentPay will be demonstrated at every Parents' Evening throughout the 2014/2015 academic year.

Parent Pay provides the assurance that money is being spent as intended and not elsewhere. Where money is added to your account for school dinners, you will be able to view online, the menu items your child has purchased. The system offers better security than cash because funds credited to a school account cannot be lost. Parents can also set a daily maximum spend for their child.

Parent Pay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parents have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; you will be prompted to change these. If you have more than one child at our school, you can merge their accounts to create one login for all your children. Making a payment is straightforward and Parent Pay holds a payment history for you to view at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you've activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

What does Parent Pay do?
